    You might want to look into a keto diet Wack. Basically Atkins, but IIRC Atkins allows for more carbs than Keto.

    Myself, I'm about to start losing the belly in the swimming pool, just as soon as it re-opens after the month long maintenance. Waterproof MP3 player is on the way. :thumbup:

    I doubt bulimia could be used as you wouldn't absorb the nutrients etc from the food.

    My sister uses the slendertone pad things, fuck knows if they work, i highly doubt it.

  • i could see that shit being more popular if it actually meant you grew muscles just from drinking it, seems a bit pointless if you still have to do exercise.

    i've tried atkins before, it's far too restrictive to be a long term option.

    it makes you stink as well.

    There is no real difference between the two, not that you'd notice anyway. If you want to be less of a fat cunt, eat more protein and almost no carbs for 6 months. Train with weights as your main form of exercise.

    You'll probably get flu like symptoms and maybe a spot of diarrhoea for the first week Smee mate. Goes away as your body adapts :thumbup:
     
  • Or you probably won't get any symptoms at all. Most likely worst thing you will find is that you won't be able to get of bed in the morning as you will be tired and you will want to carry mints / gum as your breath will be like a car exhaust. Aside from that it'll be good in the hood

    im 'cutting'at the moment
    4 protein shakes a day. 10grams of creatine a day
    strict food regime

    morning : porridge and shake
    lunch : tuna wrap
    gym : 2 scoop shake
    dinner : chicken ot steak, lentils,spinach , broccoli
    snack : tub of cottage cheese or few spoons of peanut butter
    bed : casein protein shake

    im now 14 stone 5 ,up nearly 2 stone in 11 months and still doing cardio everyday which means its 2 stone of muscle :smug:
    leaving for oz on the 6th march so want to be in top top shape

    If your not shitting put some psyllium husk in some water every morning!!

    Read the Atkins book (LEGALLY OBTAIN IT OF COURSE). Too many mooks don't understand it and just eat meat only for a few months. They'll end up with sick IMO

    Was a couple of beasts sweating away on the cross trainers yesterday, reckon they weighed 40 stone between them :adore:

    Some right gym noobs about though. Reading books on the shitty sit down bikes :hohu:

    Some other dickhead was using the squat rack a): the wrong way round :lol: and b) he didn’t have any clips on the bar so the plate just fell off :adore:

    it's the fat people that piss me off the most in january

    wearing tracksuits , sweating like they've run a marathon, hanging off the machines like their limps are made of jelly, doing fuck all after poncing around for an hour and acting like they just did 20 times anybody elses workout

    just ask anyone half decent inside. i have a g.ym buddy but if on my own,i'll always ask for a spot. spotting is class cos it has two effects. one,the spotter can help you past that 'sticking point' and two, its a macho thing isnt it, to give it your all knowing a guy is there taking notice
